Helpie works with all major popular Visual Builder plugins.
Visual Composer:
To enable Visual Composer with Elementary.
- Go to Dashboard -> Visual Composer -> Role Manager.
- Select post type as ‘custom’.
- And in the list of post types that appear, enable ‘pauple_helpie’.
- Save.
Now, you can use Visual Composer with Helpdesk Articles.
Elementor:
To enable Elementor to work with Helpie. Go to Dashboard -> Elementor -> Settings -> Post Type and check the ‘Helpdesk Article’ post type.
