Style Settings

Do you want to customize your helpdesk Front to reflect your brand? You can do it all as you wish using Helpie Style settings.

Style settings can be found in Dashboard -> Helpdesk -> Helpie Settings -> Styles.

Customise your welcome area:

You can customize the primary welcome area’s background color using the ‘Primary Brand Color‘ and also customize the title and sub-title colors using our settings here.

You can also customize the welcome Area background using our latest feature New Hero Section.

Under Welcome Area background style you will have four different options with different features.

  1. ‘Use Primary color’ will by default select the Primary Brand Color You have given at the top.
  2. If you want the welcome area to have a color Gradient, You can select the “Color Gradient” option in the Welcome Area background style. Once you select that option, Two new checkboxes will appear as shown below where you can select the Two colors.

3. If you want to add a background image to your welcome area you can use the option “Background Image” in the Welcome Area Background Style.

4.  If you want your welcome Area to be with both ‘Gradients and Illustrations’, You can use this feature.

Overall Margin – Top:

Does your header clashes with our Knowledgebase Module. Do you want to move down the knowledgebase module so that it doesn’t clash with your header?

You can use the ‘Overall Margin-Top’ feature to move down the knowledgebase module to as you wish. You can use this feature on your desktop, Tablet, and Mobile.

Search Style:

You can customize the search box style here. You can set color and style for Subtitle border or you can disable the border altogether using the checkbox “Show border“.

    Hello.

Just some feedback from someone who’s been looking at a lot of FAQ plugins available in wordpress…
You plugin looks like one of the more robust options, and I especially like that it allows the questions to be sorted.
However, unfortunately for me, the look is too plain (simple wide rectangular boxes with a lot of padding around the questions) in comparison to other more polished looking drop-down accordion FAQ plugins. It would be good if the padding size was customisable. I also prefer chevrons that reverse direction (down to up) when a question is expanded rather that plus signs. Hope this helps!
    Regards,
    Grant
