You can replicate the main page using pauple_helpie_main_page_shortcode shortcode. Usage: [ pauple_helpie_welcome_area ] [ pauple_helpie_categories_listing type=‘boxed1’ ] ( without the spaces ) How it looks:

The main_page_shortcode should only be used outside Helpdesk Article posts like posts, pages, etc. Using them in Helpdesk Articles could cause an error.
